While camping
ME: Mia do you like camping? What is your favorite part about camping?
MIA: Flashlights
Overheard Melissa and her neighbor friends (one boy, one girl) playing. They didn't know that I could hear them. Melissa says:
"Okay who wants to play wedding?"
Then grabs the plastic flowers left over from Memorial day and says:
"Who ever catches these gets to go next"
Turns to boy friend and says:
"Okay you and me are going"
I think: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and a little ahhhhhhhhhhh
While Making Dessert: I let Mia know she can watch but not touch. She quietly sits and eats cookies and then says
I'm gonna have to lick that
